1. I can design:

• blog headers
• blog buttons
• simple wallpapers

2. All I ask from you is:

• your blog URL & title
• do you want header or button? Or both?
• if there is anything specific you'd like on the header/button (ie, a picture, tagline, symbol, a specific font, etc) If there is nothing specific you'd like, I'll go ahead and take a look at your blog and try to match the button and/or header with its overall theme.
